As Arthrex continues to grow, the Learning & Develpent team is adding an Associate LMS Analyst to help support the department needs.
The Learning Management System (LMS) at Arthrex is a global system that provides, maintains and supports all essential training records for employees in every country and region.
The Associate LMS Analyst position is responsible for the technical and non-technical management and maintenance of the company’s global learning management system.
This role ensures the LMS operates effectively and efficiently to meet the learning and development needs of the organization.
This position will support users, manage content, generate reports, and collaborate with various departments to create, deliver, test, assign, track, monitor, and evaluate training and learning programs needs and optimize the user learning experience.
Additionally, they provide LMS related administrative support and accountability including daily administration, employee inquiries, monitoring training completion, creating system guides and documentation, working with departments to ensure all training related data are recorded correctly, and troubleshooting employee, training, and system issues.
This position will have the option to work remotely.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Partners with various departments and stakeholders across Arthrex to create and deliver online and instructor-led training items, programs, and curricula to support an engaging and effective user learning experience.
- Supports the administration of LMS related Quality Management System (QMS) training.
- Generates meaningful routine and ad hoc learning reports for a variety of internal audiences and stakeholders.
- Provides system and training content technical support to LMS users, including troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
- Ensures that all system training activities follow legal, QMS, and company standards.
- Supports a growing ecosystem of digital learning and organizational development applications.
- Supports the learning and development department on other critical activities and any key projects as assigned.
- Upload, organize, and maintain training content, courses, and learning materials.
- Creation of course registrations and attendance tracking.
- Ensure all learning materials comply with company standards and policies.
- Track and report on learning assignments, completions, and other basic learning metrics.
- Assist with learning team email inbox.
- Assist with other tools that support learning and organizational development.
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Learning Design and Technology, Business, Computer Science or similar.
- Technical certifications or professional development related to LMS administration, instructional design, or similar a plus.
- Previous experience working with a learning management system preferred, i.e. SuccessFactors LMS.
- Experience working with a Document Management System or Quality Management System is preferred.
- Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus.
Knowledge / Skills :
- Basic knowledge and skills in managing learning systems and eLearning content authoring tools preferred.
- Experience with SuccessFactors People Analytics or Plateau Report Designer is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Strong business communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Ability to function effectively as a primary contact with internal stakeholders with guidance from more senior staff.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks / projects on time with guidance from more senior staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work comfortably at various levels within the organization with guidance from more senior staff.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
