What will you be doing?

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will :

  • Independent Role : Start immediately in a visible and independent role, contributing to the success of our planning tool implementation projects.
  • ANAPLAN Training and Implementation : Receive comprehensive training on ANAPLAN and work on implementing the tool, advising clients on its strategic value and applications across various industries, including chemicals, food & beverages, and manufacturing.
  • Project Collaboration : Collaborate with a diverse project team, including internal colleagues, supply chain planners, and client-side managers, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
  • Workshops and Requirement Gathering : Assist in workshops to gather detailed requirements, understand client-specific planning and supply chain challenges, and provide strategic insights to guide solution development.
  • Solution Development : Partner with your project lead and solution architect to translate customer requirements into Anaplan's back-end language, developing intuitive and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Data Collection and Model Building : Ensure data accuracy by collecting and validating necessary data for Anaplan models, establishing a single source of truth within the client's organization.
  • Module and Dashboard Development : Design and develop Anaplan modules and dashboards, focusing on usability, user experience, and engagement while adhering to best practices and client specifications.
  • Testing and Training : Conduct comprehensive end-to-end acceptance tests to ensure solution reliability, provide detailed user training, and support clients through the go-live and hypercare phases.
  • Project Exposure : Engage in projects that typically span around 4 months, allowing you to gain exposure to various industries and companies, applying and expanding your skillset in diverse environments.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies and tools, sharing insights and best practices to enhance our service delivery.

Is it you that we are looking for?

Educational Background : You hold a degree in business engineering, civil engineering, operational research, applied economics, or a related field, with a strong understanding of Supply Chain Processes gained through formal education or relevant coursework (e.

g., minor or major, MBA program).

  • Supply Chain Interest : You demonstrate a keen interest or initial experience in Supply Chain Processes and Data Analytics, with a passion for optimizing supply chain performance.
  • Analytical Skills : You possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to dissect complex supply chain issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration : You excel in both independent and team settings, displaying strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
