Therapist Opportunity Description
SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for full-time and part-time Therapists to join their team in Wisconsin.
Ideal locations are Webster, Frederic , St. Croix and New Richmond, WI or other nearby areas.
Serving youth from diverse backgrounds since , our client focuses on health and wellness through the adoption of nature, recreation, relaxation, nutrition, exercise, relationships, service and spirit.
Our clinic partner is a treatment community that seeks to create safe spaces for a diverse range of youth including those who identify as LGBTQ, youth of color and youth who are neuro-diverse.
Known for offering residential and community-based services in the area, our client is excited to expand their offerings to serving children and adults in an outpatient setting.
This is an onsite position with the opportunity for a flexible schedule and hybrid option that aligns with lifestyle! Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.
Pay range dependent on experience and licensure.
Therapist Requirements
- Graduate degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field.
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LMHC and / or clinicians working towards licensure.
- Comfortable treating children and adults in an outpatient, residential or school setting. Clinicians can choose their ideal patient population and setting!
Therapists Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions
- Conduct clinical assessments using clinical review, review of records, diagnostic tools and collaboration with other members of the treatment team
- Collaborate with and guide treatment team members in implementing individualized and comprehensive treatment plans that align with the client’s diagnosis and needs
- Open to adding adventure into therapy Northern Wisconsin prairie, a yurt in the woods, a running river, a horse pasture, or underwater with a camera!
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
