Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will who operates under the supervision of the registered nurse and / or the Program Director.
You take pride in assisting the RN by taking vital signs of the center participants and in providing the RN with required updates on the participants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the RN as instructed to ensuring vital signs that fall outside of the established parameters are addressed.
- Monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the RN.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of California
- Previous experience as LVN is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid / CPR certification required
