RealCold is currently looking for new team members to join their Warehouse operations in Clackamas Oregon. Currently, this location is on a first shift schedule beginning at 9am each day and ending around 5pm every afternoon, so roughly an 8-hour workday.

On occasion, depending on the needs of our customers, the facility does have overtime hours so please

Be prepared to help with those when business needs arise. The current work schedule is Monday through Friday. This warehouse is not open during the weekends perfect for your work life balance! RealCold is looking for both part time and full-time team members.

Part time hours will vary based on the schedules above.

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be working to complete the following daily for our customers in the following capacity :

• Clean as you go to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Move products & packages throughout the warehouse utilizing appropriate equipment.
• Conducting equipment checks prior to the start of each shift. Notify maintenance as appropriate.
• Load & Unload materials & merchandise from trucks & place them in the appropriate location within the warehouse for storage.
• Throughout the day notify management of damages, shortages & quality deficiencies.
• Inspecting machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.

There are a few things to consider when you apply for our roles with RealCold. We are essentially a cold storage facility, and our environment can be anywhere from negative 20 degrees to 34 degrees.

Your management team will provide the appropriate guidelines of what to wear to work once you join our RealCold team or provide the appropriate hand gear to ensure safety.

For safety reasons, everyone should be a minimum of 18 to work in our facilities. For this role, experience driving equipment such as : double pallet jack, stand up forklift or a high reach lift is essential.

All team members must have the ability to lift over 15 lbs. At RealCold we work together, so it’s important to communicate with the members of your team and the leaders in the building.

Attention to detail and following directions is key to being successful in this role.

The starting hourly rate of pay for this position is $18 per hour. RealCold believes that our team members should share in the profitability of the locations they support and quarterly has a profit plan based on the success of each location.
