Maintenance Technician
Our client in Syracuse, NY is looking for a hardworking, motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with residential maintenance.

What will you be doing?
- Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and parking lots.
- Adhere to routine service calls, turnover cleanings / repairs, painting, and snow removal.
- Provide on call coverage for emergency calls.
- Document and maintain records as required.
What do you bring?
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
- Ability to work well with others and multitask.
