Bambini Montessori Academy - Sales & Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

Bambini Montessori, a leading provider of educational programs for young minds, is seeking a driven Enrollment Specialist & Marketing Specialist t to join our expanding team.
We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to leverage your skills both in-office and remotely.

Our team fosters a culture of excellence, and we're dedicated to helping families unlock their child's full potential. We now operate two daycare centers in Central Maryland and are on track to add more in the next several years.

Responsibilities :
Enrollment Champion : Be the first point of contact for families seeking exceptional educational opportunities. You'll convert leads into enrollments through compelling presentations and effective communication of our unique programs.
Marketing Maestro : Oversee all marketing efforts, crafting creative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment.
Data-Driven Decision Maker : Generate and analyze reports on activities and results, ensuring our marketing efforts are laser-focused.
Community Connector : Build relationships and promote Bambini Montessori by actively participating in local events.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Passion for education and a commitment to quality childhood experiences.
Associates degree (or equivalent) at minimum. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) is preferred.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must be able to travel between two locations (Gambrills & Ellicott City).
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive base salary
Base Salary : $45,000 per year plus commission on enrollments.
Hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).
