Plum Market Kitchen located inside the MacNamara terminal at the DTW Airport is looking for a Barista.
The set schedule for this position is :
3p - 11p, weekends included. We are hiring full or part time.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment? Plum Market is seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our team as Cashiers.
As a Cashier, you'll be the face of Plum Market, creating positive shopping experiences for our customers while ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare handcrafted coffee beverages and smoothies.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter.
- Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general information about Plum Market.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Qualifications :
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
