Nelson Nissan is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic, self discipline, excellent communication skills(written and verbal), ability to multitask for long periods of time and a high level of professionalism.
We are looking for someone who is positive, joyful, and passionate about maintaining customer satisfaction!
The job duties for this position are as follows :
- Managing the follow up process
- Efficiently using CRM
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Confirming next day appointments
- Completing daily task sheet in a timely manner
- Assign leads as they come in
- Making follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visit
Compensation :
- $16-19 / hour based on experience
