Description

Performs a wide variety of laboratory procedures using both manual and automated methods. Is expected to show a considerable degree of independent judgment regarding the performance and reporting of results.

Actively participates in the quality improvement activities of the laboratory. Certification : MT(ASCP) or equivalent.

Education

Bachelors Degree : Medical Technology, Biological Sciences or Chemistry (Required)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

1 Year experience in relevant laboratory section (Preferred)

License / Certifications

ASCP - Amer Soc Clinical Pathology (Preferred)
