They develop small to medium size clients through plan development and execution. In addition, the Marketing Associate supports the overall team, especially in securing media and managing billing.
This individual demonstrates an emerging ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with specialists and data teams.
They also assist in the training and mentorship of Marketing / Media Coordinators. Has shown the ability to analyze data and relative insights;
can present information / plans to clients (in writing and verbally). Has demonstrated emerging relationship skills and a good working knowledge of media processes, terms, publishers, and products.

Introduce new opportunities. Enter plans into Prisma / Spectra. Work with team members to develop data dashboards and standardized reports.
Develop excellent presentation skills (written and verbal). Raise awareness of inefficiencies and process improvements when needed.
Provide recommendations for enhancing current service offerings. Try different approaches that can increase successful outcomes for mediate.
