RideNow Powersports - Goodyear, a subsidiary of RumbleOn , is seeking outgoing, friendly individuals to join our Parts Counter Team! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling cool stuff, are a customer service rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
- Sell cool stuff (a.k.a. parts) to go on cool bikes! (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
- Upsell items and other complimentary items to customers
- Look up records and enter customer information
- Project positive image to customers always
- Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Stock and display merchandise as required
- Provide cost of parts for customers
- Make sure all displays are organized
- Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
Requirements
- 1+ years of Powersports Dealership Experience Desired
- Retail Sales Experience Required
- Familiar with Stocking and organizing parts inventory
- Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog
- Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts
- Must pass pre-employment background check and MVR check
