Position Summary *THIS IS A HOME HEALTH CARE POSITION ONLY AND REQUIRES TRAVEL TO PATIENTS' HOMES LOCATED IN ST CLOUD AND SURROUNDING AREAS (25 mile radius)* Hospital care at home The Orlando Health Hospital Care at Home program provides acute hospital-level care to adult patients in the comfort of their own homes, allowing nurses the unique opportunity to build relationships and connect one-on-one with their patients and their patients’ families.
Our enhanced acute-care model uses portable technology to connect patients to the Orlando Health Patient Care Hub for 24 / 7 remote monitoring and virtual care.
Our innovative technology allows the Orlando Health Hospital Care at Home team to provide high-quality care while improving outcomes, reducing healthcare costs and providing an overall better patient experience.

Position Summary The Registered Nurse administers patient care within the inpatient / observation setting where an acute care patient receives active treatment for an injury, episode of illness, a medical condition, or post intervention with assessment.
Qualifications Education / Training
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit / department. Licensure / Certification
- Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLCmultistate RN license.
- Maintains current BLS / Healthcare Provider certification.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation to travel to perform job duties. Experience
