Qualifications :

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• A person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success
• Embrace a positive attitude with a people focused, collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in civil, public works or transportation project production
• TxDOT experience and a P.E. license in the State of TX is a plus and required for Project Managers
• Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff on roadway design projects is required for Project Managers
