Hiring OTR Drivers Solo & Team Driving Competitive Pay Paid Time Off

Position Overview :
SERVOPAK is seeking experienced OTR drivers to join our team. Drivers will be responsible for a mix of solo and team driving with a flexible schedule :
- 3 weeks on the road, 1 week off (company-paid airline tickets to / from home).
- 1 week solo driving and 2 weeks team driving .
- Consistent miles with in-house dispatching.
Pay :
- Solo : $0.50 - $0.55 CPM (based on experience)
- Team : $0.75 - $0.80 CPM (based on experience)
- Weekly Miles : 3500-4000 solo, 6500-7500 as a team
Driver Responsibilities :
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and cargo deliveries .
- Efficiently navigate routes while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, both inside and out.
