Your Responsibilities as a Leader :
Manage day-to-day maintenance for a 300-unit HUD / LIHTC community.
Coach, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
Manage and monitor all service requests
Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.
Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.
The Skills & Experience You Possess :
Minimum of 2+ years property maintenance experience
HVAC certification is highly preferred
Experience training and implementing OSHA standards
