Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to identify issues and malfunctions.
- Analyze system performance and component functionality to pinpoint root causes of problems.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess the condition of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Develop repair and maintenance plans to address identified HVAC issues.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on HVAC components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to design and implement effective solutions for complex HVAC problems.
- Communicate with customers to understand their HVAC needs and concerns.
- Explain diagnostic findings and recommended solutions to customers clearly and understandably.
- Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the HVAC team.

Job requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- EPA Certification
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
- Clear background check with no history of criminal offenses
- 3-5 years of HVAC service experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
