PositionOverview :

Active ProtectiveTechnologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President ofSales reporting to the CEO to lead the successful launch andsustained growth of the Tango Belt in our initial target marketsegments : Senior Living (Continuing Care Retirement CommunitiesAssisted Living Personal Care Memory Care and Independent Living)and LongTerm Care / PostAcute Care (LTC / PAC) settings includingSkilled Nursing Facilities.

The ideal candidate should be anexceptional team builder and possess a proven track record ininnovative medical device sales with a strong preference forexperience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) within the targetsegments.

As the Tango Belt is a firstofitskind device this rolewill spearhead our efforts to create the market for wearable fallinjury prevention and establish productmarket fit within thecompany s timeline requiring extraordinary levels of strategicthinking initiative andadaptability.

KeyResponsibilities :

1. SalesStrategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive DME salesstrategy tailored to the unique needs of Senior Living / LTC / PACsettings utilizing available reimbursement options and tailoring toCsuite executives facility owner / operators and clinician decisionmakers.

2. Market Analysis : Conduct indepth market research and analysis to identify key trendsand market dynamics driving purchase decisions in target segmentsand prioritize salesopportunities.

3. CustomerRelationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with decisionmakers administrators key stakeholdersand Key Opinion Leaders in SeniorLiving / LTC / PAC.

4. ProductKnowledge : Develop a deep technical understanding of the Tango Beltits supporting evidence and benefits effectively communicating itsvalue proposition to potential customers via multimodal collateraland methods.

5. Sales TargetAchievement : Set and achieve sales targets revenue goals and growthobjectives within the specified marketsegments.

6. Team Leadership : Build and manage a highperforming sales team providing guidancementorship and support to achieve individual and collectivegoals.

7. Customer Education : Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcareprofessionals educating them about the Tango Belts features andadvantages.

8. Compliance : Ensureall sales activities and strategies comply with regulatoryrequirements andindustry

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven Experience : A minimum of7 years of experience in sales and business development within thehealthcare industry with a focus on selling and promoting medicaldevices preferably innovative Durable Medical Equipment (DME) toSenior Living / LTC / PAC customers.

Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a salesteam to achieve outstandingresults.

Market Knowledge : A deepunderstanding of the Senior Living / LTC / PAC markets includingindustry trends customer needs purchasing processes anddecisionmaking processes.

Relationship Building : Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills withthe ability to establish trust and credibility with keystakeholders.

Communication : Strong communication and presentation skills both written andverbal.

Analytical Skills : Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to make datadrivendecisions.

ResultsOriented : Atrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets andobjectives.

Team Player : Abilityto collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure thesuccess of the Tango Belt in the specified marketsegments.

PhysicalRequirements :

Frequent businesstravel nationwide (up to 50% weeklytravel).

Must be fully vaccinatedfor COVID19 (i.e. at least 2 weeks after last dose) and if hiredpresent proof of vaccination by startdate.

Qualifications : Proven Experience : A minimum of 7 years ofexperience in sales and business development within the healthcareindustry, with a focus on selling and promoting medical devices,preferably innovative Durable Medical Equipment (DME), to SeniorLiving / LTC / PAC customers.

Leadership Skills : Demonstrated abilityto lead and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results.Market Knowledge : A deep understanding of the Senior Living / LTC / PACmarkets, including industry trends, customer needs, purchasingprocesses, and decision-making processes.

Relationship Building : Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability toestablish trust and credibility with key stakeholders.

Communication : Strong communication and presentation skills, bothwritten and verbal. Analytical Skills : Proficiency in marketanalysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
