DUTIES

  • Provides District Sales Administrative support functions and data entry for contracted orders, routes executed contracts and related documents ensuring the overall contracting process is met.
  • Oversees Territory Manager's use of appropriate sales tools to ensure accuracy in Salesforce and PP.Net, and necessary approvals have been completed.
  • Provides account maintenance for customer accounts receivable balances, develops customer relationships to ensure all facets of the collection process is complete and within required time standards.
  • Provides administrative support functions including, but not limited to answering phones and greeting customers, maintaining district files, preparing field service workload, opening account orders, planning meetings and maintaining schedules and providing support to all district personnel.
  • Enters 300 Sales Plan, routes executed contract packages and mails customer copies within required time frames, ensuring all functions of the overall contracting process is met.
  • Maintains customers contact database through appropriate systems including updating company logos with appropriate contact information.
  • Trains and supports use of appropriate sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Project Plan, EFCO Online, Invoice Retrieval, and SharePoint)
  • Coordinates pre-employment screenings of potential candidates, assembling & submittal of new hire paperwork and status change forms.

Ensuring all required computers, safety gear, training material are received prior to start date.

Performs other job-related duties and special projects including maintenance of FORM MARKS mailing list and phone back-up.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional experience in sales, collections or administrative support field, a plus.
  • Must also have above average interpersonal and written skills, with ability to prioritize assignments and adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft WORD, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to type 70 words per minute.
  • Detail oriented, good numeric and alpha skills, as well as general filing and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • No travel required.

Final candidates will be required to pass a post-offer pre-employment physical and drug screen.
