Summary
Nellie's Treehouse is a licensed child care center serving 69 students in Amherst, Milford, and the surrounding towns. We are currently seeking a Fulltime toddler teacher for an 830-5 : 30 position and a Parttime Position from 200-6 : 00pm.
We are expanding the classroom and looking for qualified lead and associate ECE teachers to nurture and educate our youngest and sweetest.
Duties
Full Time -
Planning and implementing curriculum with co-teacher
Creating strong home-school bonds with families
Maintain a safe and healthy indoor and outdoor learning environment
Upholding state licensing rules and regulations
Consistency in all areas including attendance
Part Time -
Assisting classroom teachers with all duties including diapering, engaging children, greeting parents, and cleaning

Requirements
Full Time
Must have a minimum of 18 credits in ECE including child growth and development
Must be able to pass a Background Fingerprint check
Must be willing to complete 18 hours of Professional Development
Part Time
Must have a minimum of 9 credit in ECE including child growth and development
Able to pass a Background Fingerprint Check
Must be willing to complete 18 hours of Professional Development

About Us
Nellie's Treehouse is a family-owned and operated child care / early learning center located on Route 101A in Amherst, NH.
The program opened in 2000, serves children from 6 weeks to 5 years and has a licensed capacity of 69 students. Nellie's provides 5,000 square feet of indoor classroom spaces and sits on an acre of land.
The goal of the school is to ensure the safety and well being of the children at all times and to encourage successful social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth and development throughout the early years.
We acknowledge the importance of authentic partnerships with families as they are their child's first teachers. We recognize each child as an individual and utilize developmentally appropriate, play based curriculum to promote independence and foster creativity.
The center is open from 6 : 00am to 7 : 00pm and has an open door policy. Infants and Ones are provided diapers, wipes, spring water and whole milk.
Twos, Preschool, Pre-k and K are provided breakfast, lunches and 3 snacks.
