FOH Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to work alongside the Owner / Operator and FOH Director in managing all aspects of FOH operations.

Leadership experience is required or this position but is not specific to the restaurant industry. This leader must be passionate about growing themselves and the business.

They will work directly alongside the Owner to create great business results, care for our team, and our guests.

This leader will be responsible for overseeing FOH operations including operations, drive-thru innovation, training, overseeing restaurant cleanliness and maintenance, among other responsibilities that may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Communicates employee performance and policy / procedure violations to the Leadership Team.
  • Monitor schedule to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
  • Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
  • Responsible for inventory & facilities management.
  • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
  • All other duties as assigned.
