- Project Collaboration : Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Tool Utilization : Use a variety of tools and equipment to perform job tasks efficiently and safely.-Compliance : Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Work Area Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.-Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from clients professionally.
- Professional Development : Continuously seek ways to improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.
The ideal candidate should possess : -Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential remodeling.-Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other related trades.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.-Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
