Job Summary :
Snider Fleet Solutions is in search of aggressive and autonomous hunters with sales and service experience in the commercial truck segment or an aligned industry.
Responsibilities include prospecting and developing new commercial business as well as managing day-to-day execution of a sales plan.
Openings at multiple locations.
As Commercial Sales Representative you will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty through the creation and nurturing of B2B relationships and consistently going the "extra mile".

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of field sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in the commercial truck service industry (or an aligned industry)
- Excellent MS Office skills and experience or ability to learn and operate software required (ie : AS400 and SAP)
- Valid Class C Driver’s License
Skills and Abilities :
- Hunter mentality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
- Reliable and dependable with self-initiative
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight
