Job Summary
Summary : Responsible for food / beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintains appearance and organization of pantry areas (temperature control logs, FIFO, GOS sheets, etc.)
- Practices proper inventory control procedures (ordering, stocking, & logging) and handling of all equipment (maintenance, cleanliness, organization, etc.)
- Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu offerings
- Ensuring all food or beverage is distributed from your pantry accurately and in a timely fashion and of the highest, freshest quality
- Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
- Completes all paperwork accurately and in an organized and timely manner
- Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Supports a hospitable environment by greeting guests throughout the stadium
- Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
- Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
- Follows responsible alcohol service policies
- Adheres to location appearance guidelines
- Communicates guest issues to management
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor / manager

Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years high volume food service experience
- Demonstrates great attention to detail, has a keen sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills; ability to effectively listen and communicate with guests; retain and communicate menu information and service preferences
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Committed to always providing exceptional service to both fellow team members and guests alike
- Ability to direct the work of others to assure the flow of orders from pantry to suites to maintain prompt service
- Ability to interact with co-workers and management staff in a clear, businesslike and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene
- Able to communicate effectively by speaking, writing, and comprehending English
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit
- Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas; Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
