JOB SUMMARY
JOB DUTIES
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various home plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues accurately to determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and services provided.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing service, maintenance, or repair
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
