Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities :
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Assess patients' medical history, physical condition, and anesthesia needs
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration
- Manage anesthesia-related complications and emergencies
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
Requirements :
- Valid certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA
- Excellent knowledge of anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
