Our Denver client provides financial services to small businesses throughout the US. Their employees work remotely providing bookkeeping, administrative, and business management services to their extensive national client base.
They offer a collaborative working environment, no weekends, and little to no mandatory overtime, although overtime is available.
They are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex A / P, A / R for multiple companies.
- Process payroll for multiple companies.
- Reconciliation of the balance sheet, re-building of financial statements if needed.
- Research and review correspondence from state and federal agencies.
- Miscellaneous administrative projects.
Qualifications
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Associates or bachelor’s in accounting or equivalent bookkeeping experience.
- 4+ years bookkeeping experience.
- Proven knowledge of General Ledger and Chart of Accounts.
- High proficiency and knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Sage and Netsuite are a plus.
- Comfortable with cloud-based platforms and digital communication.
- Resourceful and creative.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Compensation : $23 - $28 / hr, PTO, Benefits, 401k
