Your role in our mission
Outstanding service delivery is one of Gainwells great strengths. Play a vital role in achieving that as we deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Manage and oversee account service delivery team operations to ensure Gainwell products and services are delivered according to project schedule
- Look ahead as you work with account teams to develop demand forecasts and assist functional areas or departments in proposing, planning and delivering end-to-end services, including workload requirements
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships
- Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements
- Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for current and new accounts
- Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development and work products
What we're looking for
- A minimum of four years experience managing fiscal intermediary or healthcare claims processing operations and personnel with a government or private sector healthcare payer, including a minimum of two years MMIS experience.
- Supervisory / administrative experience in the execution and / or evaluation of program policies.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.
- Heavy emphasis on Claims adjudication and troubleshooting Identifying and implementing operational efficiency Leadership Customer Service
Education :
A Bachelor's degree in related field Additional relevant management experience may substitute for the degree on a two for one basis, e.
g., 8 years claims management experience Bachelors degree

What you should expect in this role
Hybrid Schedule with Tuesday and Wednesday in office at our Roseville location.
The pay range for this position is $92,800.00 - $132,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
