What You Will Do :

Finance Business Partner for all NBB brands, Thayers Natural Remedies, Carol’s Daughter and Softsheen Carson, and key members of their leadership teams.

This position is responsible for budget, trend, and actual reporting of profit and loss results in addition to accurate management of the balance sheet.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving as the primary contact with the marketing personnel and all division support groups concerning planning and reporting financial activities, P&L scenarios for new product launches inclusive of gross margin and profit impacts to brand P&L, and ensuring compliance of financial procedures as they relate to planning and reporting information / activity.

  • Lead partner for marketing teams on their business driver budgets inclusive of ROI analysis with recommendation on go / no go forward initiatives.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams including operations, sales and marketing on gross margin improvement efforts in order to positively influence P&Ls.
  • Direct the coordination and administration of assigned area’s annual business plan / budget / trend. Responsible for associated presentations to senior management.
  • Ongoing risk and opportunity management to inform upcoming trend and budget cycles.
  • Responsible for the preparation, analysis and transmission of a variety of divisional finance reports in accordance with corporate requirements, i.

e. budgets, P&L statements, and budget reporting.

  • Manage cost control and conduct budget meetings with departmental managers.
  • Coordinate approval / communication of reallocation of funds.
  • Compass management of budget data.
  • Influence and thought leadership across NBB brands.
  • Lead ad-hoc financial strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with divisional central finance teams and BEST shared service center for budget / trend compilation.
  • Liaison with accounting for recording / classification of activity.

What We Are Looking For :

Required Qualifications :

  • years of experience in finance or accounting required including supervisory / management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economy, Business Administration or Accounting required.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership, oral and written communication and presentation skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong computer skills required; must have expert-level experience with Excel, Word, and Power Point. Power BI and visualization dashboards a plus.
