About The Position
We are seeking an adult psychiatrist to provide ongoing locum tenens coverage due to a recent vacancy at an inpatient hospital.
Credentialing will take a couple of weeks to complete.
Central New Jersey is rich with attractions. You can explore the Princeton University campus, with its historic architecture and beautiful gardens, or visit the Princeton Art Museum for a dose of culture.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the Sourland Mountain Preserve offers hiking and nature exploration.
Coverage is needed Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. The locum will participate in regular team meetings and rounds on forensic patients daily, perform assessments, prescribe medication, and admit / discharge patients.
Notes are to be documented each day. Candidates may be either board-certified or board-eligible for this position.
