Job Description
Med Supply US is seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and catheters to both healthcare professionals and patients.
You will work closely with patients to ensure they receive the supplies they need and assist in helping them get their supplies covered by insurance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing life-changing products to those with chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients to promote and sell CGMs and catheters.
- Educate patients on product features, benefits, and insurance coverage options to help them access their supplies.
- Assist patients in navigating the insurance process to ensure their CGMs and catheters are covered.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers and patients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates on performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in CGMs, diabetes care, or durable medical equipment (DME).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively explain complex medical products to both healthcare professionals and patients.
- Experience working with insurance coverage processes is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
