This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

Responsibilities- Responsible for the creator growth module on the TikTok Shop international e-commerce platform.- Build the backend CRM system and strategy system to enhance creator management and operational efficiency.

• Improve platform operations by utilizing the CRM system, focusing on areas such as creator management and performance tracking.
• Utilize the strategy system to provide regular business analysis and improvement recommendations to creators. Help them enhance their business capabilities and increase GMV.
• Enhance the creator benefits system to continually motivate creators and increase their willingness to improve their business performance.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in internet product management or a related industry.- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and project management abilities.

Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity.

Preferred Qualifications- Preferred experience in international and multi-language e-commerce products.- In-depth understanding of both eCommerce business and creator ecosystem, knowledge of affiliate product is a plus.
