Role Overview :
In this position, you will be a key member of the Kantar Marketplace Global Marketing team, responsible for managing global marketing campaigns and generating leads and revenue growth through digital demand generation initiatives.
You will work closely with the Senior Global Marketing Manager and other team members to create and implement top-notch campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including creating monthly newsletters, segmenting audiences, growing subscriber lists, conducting A / B tests, sending emails, analyzing results, and improving user engagement and conversions.
- Closely track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid campaigns across channels, such as digital, social media, and paid search, while proactively suggesting optimizations for continuous improvements.
- Monitor and enhance the Kantar Marketplace prospect database, ensuring data hygiene and completeness to enable targeted marketing efforts.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of the Kantar Marketplace website and platform, including webpage building, content updates via the CMS, and reporting to enhance user experience.
- Foster collaboration with the larger Kantar Marketplace marketing team, internal team members, and vendors to efficiently implement demand generation strategies across multiple channels and meet departmental goals.
Key Outcomes :
- Increase marketing qualified leads by implementing effective nurturing strategies and collaborating with the team to meet overall Kantar Marketplace business objectives.
- Improve the effectiveness of demand generation and email marketing campaigns to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Improve decision-making by measuring campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
Desired Profile :
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in a software as a Service (SaaS) environment, with a demonstrated history of effectively managing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative individual who excels in both team environments and working independently, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and campaign optimization.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and continuously seeking innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Applying knowledge of buyer personas, demand generation strategies, and the B2B marketing funnel to drive targeted campaigns.
- Familiarity with managing paid campaigns, online marketing strategies, and Google Analytics 4, is required.
- Prior experience in marketing automation software is required, CRM and CMS is a plus, especially with experience in platforms such as Sitecore, Pardot, and Dynamics 365.

The salary range for this role in New York is $62.200 - $108.800. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and / or certifications.
