About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred. License : State license verification required. Certifications : Proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test (72 hours before start date), 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray.
Must-Have : - Completed and attached prescreen form- Resume- License verification- Three references Job Description : Ensure prescreen form is filled out and attached when submitting candidacy.
- Attach resume and license verification; candidates missing these documents will be declined.- COVID-19 test required 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours before.
- Conduct comprehensive background checks including County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked), Federal Criminal (7 years or more), Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more), Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more), HHS / OIG Search, GSA Search, and Social Security Number Trace.
- Mandatory Virginia State Police Background check and Mandated Reporter Form submission.- Complete Sworn Statement. Note : Bilingual and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
