THE BASICS
Pay : starting at $17 / hour with little to no prior experience, or $20+ / hour with significant chairside experience .
Schedule : You work a standard 8-hour day shift.

YOUR DAY
As an assistant in Orthodontics - Records and Sterilization Tech, you are a critical member of our team. Your administrative and patient care skills help ensure that every patient has a smooth and positive experience with us.
Every day, you clean and sterilize orthodontic instruments, adjust equipment, and restock supplies. You also get some hands-on dentistry experience as you take X-rays and assist your clinical team with various procedures.
On the admin side, you process patient records, complete data entry, and perform other duties as assigned. You uphold a positive attitude as you work and make our patients feel welcome.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Good vision and ability to hear people over the phone
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
