Job Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing team in the manufacturing / construction space! In this position you will report to the Production Manager and work hand in hand with them.
A background in purchasing or contract administration is preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work as a coordinate to help coordinate logistics.
- Work and communicate with the teams vendors.
- Get PO's out for vendors.
- Coordinate various day to day operations.
- Perform purchasing responsibilities.
Job Requirements :
- Strong organizational skills
- High urgency and ability to multitask
- Willingness to adapt and do what is needed for the production team from an administrative standpoint.
- Experience or understanding of construction management is strongly preferred.
- Contract administration experience is strongly preferred.
- Assist with purchasing and estimating.
Pay : $45-$65k
