Compensation :
Commission And Bonus Projected : $150,000-$200,000 Yearly + Salary!
Compensation :

Responsibilities :
- 100 calls daily minimum or 1.5 hours of talk time daily
- Manage the pipeline of prospects
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Answer / return / follow up phone calls generated by the lead system
- Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win / win solution for both parties
- Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and training as required
- Additional duties and / or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary
Qualifications :
- A deep desire to be rich
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Must provide a proven track record of sales achievements in previous sales positions over the phone
- 1 year or more of successful phone sales commission based on the previous employer
- Must provide previous employer references
