Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging learning solutions based on adult learning principlesCollaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to validate content and ensure instructional readinessAdminister learning evaluations and assessments to measure effectivenessRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field3-5+ years of experience in instructional design or a related roleExperience in designing technical learning solutions, including equipment setup and troubleshootingFamiliarity with training design approaches such as ADDIE and SAMExpert proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint, with knowledge of tools like Articulate Studio and Storyline
