Remote Hotel Reservationist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Hotel Reservationist to join our team. You will focus on booking accommodations and managing room reservations for clients.

Job Responsibilities : -Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.

• Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while addressing any special requests or concerns.
• Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed. This is a remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from home or any location with an internet connection.
