We are currently seeking a MES Quality Assurance Project Manager to join our team in Albany, New York (US-NY), United States (US).
Overview of job :
The Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Quality Assurance (QA) Project Manager will work with client management and have overall responsibility for the quality assurance function overseeing MES projects over the life of the contract or the system, whichever comes first.
The MES QA Project Manager defines, plans, schedules, and manages all QA activities related to the project and ensures that appropriate resources are available to accomplish the tasks and deliverables.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Providing QA project management oversight for our MES client projects
- Managing all QA deliverables in support of MES projects
- Managing the tasks and activities of the QA project team
- Compiling and delivering the monthly QA status report to client
- Meeting with the client management on a regular basis to review status, project risks and issues and provide support where needed
- Coordinating with the QA team in reviewing and monitoring progress and quality of MES vendor deliverables against the established contractual requirements
- Monitoring the tasks and activities of the vendor team throughout the life of the contract
- Providing any additional support as requested by the client management
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, healthcare or management field or an Associate’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in a health IT quality assurance or IV&V assignment
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a MES environment or Commercial Healthcare Payer
- Minimum 3 years managing three (3) or more projects with teams of greater than three resources
- Needs to be located in the Albany area, or commutable to Albany, NY 50% of the time.
Preferred Skills :
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office application suite
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $112,556- $130,000.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance.
