Job Description : As a Call Center Agent at 4Sight, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive timely, efficient, and friendly support.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure all issues are resolved.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
