Job Overview - Senior Associate :
Join our Real Estate client as a Senior Associate at a dynamic investment firm in Montgomery County, PA. Play a crucial role in deal sourcing, underwriting, and asset management, working closely with senior leaders on investment memos, market research, and special projects, with excellent growth opportunities.
Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000 / year + Bonus
Location : Montgomery County, PA
Schedule : Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Senior Associate :
- Investment Analysis : Conduct underwriting, market analyses, and financial modeling for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Oversight : Manage physical, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes for transactions.
- Documentation : Prepare detailed investment memoranda for committee review and assist with meeting documentation.
- Monitoring : Maintain valuation models, track investment performance, and coordinate asset management tasks.
- Strategy : Identify target markets for investments and create fundraising and reporting presentations.
Qualifications for the Senior Associate :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Economics required.
- Experience : 4+ years in Real Estate Investment or Finance required.
- Technical Skills : Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of complex financial structures.
- Skills : Effective communicator with strong organization and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.
