Core Responsibilities :
- Help maximize sales by maintaining the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, displaying vehicles according to dealership standards
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives, replenishing vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed
- Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot
Desired Qualifications and Experience :
- Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but we will provide training!
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is plus
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors
- Must have flexible availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
