Technical Training Specialist
A company is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver training materials and instructional courses.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver training materials and instructional courses for the Student Data ProgramConduct needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending solutions for successful adoptionCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts and the program team to ensure timely deliverables and identify risksRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldFive or more years of experience in instructional design, preferably in large, complex environmentsExperience leading and instructing in-person and online classesFamiliarity with data warehouse concepts and business intelligence tools such as CognosExperience with Adobe Captivate and other training development tools is preferred
