CSI Companies is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to work on-site in Brooklyn with one of the country's top hospital systems!
Responsibilities :
- Onsite at the facility to monitor & track construction progress & technology activities
- Provide daily updates to project team leaders
- Onsite point of contact for general contractor & Real Estate & Development
- Assist with budget monitoring & updates
- Coordination & confirmation of technology deliveries
- Confirmation of MCIT technology installations & troubleshooting with disciplines
- Coordination of new and existing user relocations to new facility
- Manage meetings & resulting documentation
- Follow up on action items or outstanding issues
- Assist with facility vacancy technology requirements after relocation
Qualifications :
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Excel)
- Project Coordination / Management experience
- Healthcare or Hospital experience
- Infrastructure experience preferred
- IT background
- BS Degree preferred
