Position Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience for our students.

This position involves planning and implementing TLE curriculum, creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment, and fostering strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with implementation of curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with observation and assessment of each child's progress, and communicate with parents regularly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with colleagues and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Min of High school diploma
• Associate degree in ECE, preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a warm and nurturing classroom environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification
