Job Title : Specialist, Technical Customer Support

This role will support distributors and companyr’s Law Enforcement AED program. This is includes but is not limited to the pad program, AED setup, Lifelink central setup, technical support for distributors and the AED program, provide higher level support for the distributors.
This role needs exceptional customer support phone experience, previous experience in tech support and trouble shooting.
any AED or LIFENET data experience that would be great!
Education Requirements :
