We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our expanding studio in Corpus Christi, TX .

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate w / SPA w / development of designs through contract documents.
- Collaborate with internal + external teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Responsible for project documents' alignment w / firm standards and policies, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage multiple educational facility projects simultaneously
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria :
- Licensure : Only licensed architects are eligible to apply.
- Education : A professional degree in architecture or a closely related field is required.
- Experience : A minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in project management.
- Leadership : Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration across all project phases.
