Territory Sales Manager

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager. This role will work remotely. Its territory will be in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD area.

This role will train and engage with our local distributor across the footprint to increase our market presence and gain market share by increasing revenue for all the Crossville product offerings.

Develop and drive demand for Crossville Porcelain countertops through all segments. This will also include working with and developing our relationships with porcelain fabricators to develop an understanding of our products and ease of doing business with Crossville.

In this position, you will professionally represent, service and sell the entire product portfolio of Crossville, Inc. Crossville team members are all expected to adhere to company’s core values and work within the organizational standards and teamwork to achieve the overall goals.

The successful candidate will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in-line with the company vision and values.

JOB DUTIES :

  • Working with the Sales Director, Regional Manager, and other team members, develop and execute residential and commercial contractor focused sales strategies to consistently exceed sales and profit objectives for the territory
  • Identify targeted Residential Dealers, and Designers, Fabricators and Commercial Contractors in your geographic market and develop a strong relationship with key contacts.
  • Update accounts and design studios with Crossville product offerings and product knowledge seminars.
  • Participates in territory specific related networking groups and / or events.
  • Use of CRM daily to track activity, opportunities, and next steps.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Sales Experience in flooring
  • Preferred experience working with architects and designers
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and clients
  • A proven track record of growing sales.
  • Identify buying signals and proven ability to close a deal.
  • Be self-motivated with a high energy level and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong follow-through skills.
