Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert for the nonconformance and CAPA processAssist in Root Cause Analysis investigations and coach Investigation Owners on the CAPA processMonitor nonconformance and CAPA deliverables, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirementsRequired QualificationsA minimum of a bachelor's degree in science or arts, or equivalent experienceAt least 6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with 3-4 years in GXP related to clinical research or quality assuranceExperience in Quality Control and Compliance, CAPA processes, and Root Cause AnalysisKnowledge of the drug development process and relevant SOPsExperience in quality assurance activities, including audits of clinical sites and regulatory submissions
